By accessing the Health Grove Care website, booking an appointment, or receiving any medical service from our clinic, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Our Healthcare Services

Health Grove Care provides general and specialist medical consultations, preventive checkups, annual screenings, emergency care and online telehealth services. All services are delivered by licensed, board-certified physicians and qualified healthcare professionals in accordance with Massachusetts state law.

3. Appointments & Bookings

• Appointment requests submitted via our website or by phone are confirmed only after verification by our patient coordinator.
• We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel appointments without charge.
• Repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or temporary suspension of booking privileges.
• Emergency services are available 24/7 without prior appointment.

4. Patient Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible care, patients are expected to:

• Provide accurate, complete medical history and current medication information.
• Arrive at least 10 minutes before scheduled appointments for check-in.
• Bring a valid government-issued ID and current insurance card.
• Follow prescribed treatment plans and attend recommended follow-up visits.
• Treat all staff and fellow patients with courtesy and respect.

5. Payments & Insurance

Health Grove Care accepts most major insurance plans, Medicare, Medicaid, and self-pay options. Patients are responsible for:

• Co-pays, deductibles and any charges not covered by insurance.
• Verifying their insurance coverage before receiving services.
• Paying outstanding balances within 30 days of the billing date.

Payment plans are available for eligible patients upon request.
